The From Zero to Tri Camp is a 7-nights immersion into the world of triathlon from February 22 to March 1, 2026.

Designed to take you from no triathlon background to a solid and confident understanding of the sport.This camp focuses on building strong foundations across swim, bike, and run, while introducing the routines, habits, and knowledge required to progress safely and consistently.Designed for all levels, from motivated beginners to athletes already training for their next race.

Through structured sessions, progressive training load, and hands-on workshops, this camp provides a clear pathway into triathlon, removing uncertainty, building confidence, and setting you up for your first race or Ironman 70.3 preparation.

4. Training Volume & Structure

- Late afternoon – Optional recovery or mobility

The goal is not performance testing, but learning how to train properly, understanding your limits, and gaining confidence across all three disciplines.

3. Transitions & Race Day Essentials
Learning transitions step by step and understanding race-day logistics.

4. Recovery & Injury Prevention
Building sustainable habits to recover efficiently and stay injury-free.
