All camps are built on the same structure and standards.

The main difference between them is the focus of the training week, not the level required.

You do not need to pick the “perfect” camp.

Once on the camp page, formats, intensity and options are clearly explained.

If you hesitate between two camps, start with the one that best matches your next objective, not your past experience.

What all camps have in common

All House of Triathlon camps are built on the same foundation, regardless of the specific theme or objective of the week.
Each camp follows a structured daily rhythm combining training, recovery and rest, designed to make training easier to sustain over several days.
Athletes train in small groups to allow guidance, adaptation and a safe training environment across all disciplines.
Accommodation is located close to training facilities to reduce logistics and keep the focus on training and recovery.
Fueling and recovery are integrated into the week, with practical setups during sessions and dedicated recovery spaces available between workouts.
