Each camp follows a structured daily rhythm combining training, recovery and rest, designed to make training easier to sustain over several days.
Athletes train in small groups to allow guidance, adaptation and a safe training environment across all disciplines.
Accommodation is located close to training facilities to reduce logistics and keep the focus on training and recovery.
Fueling and recovery are integrated into the week, with practical setups during sessions and dedicated recovery spaces available between workouts.
