The Race Ready Camp is a 4-day pre-race preparation camp designed to help athletes arrive at their competition confident, prepared, and mentally ready.
This camp focuses on sharpening race-specific skills, refining pacing and transitions, and rehearsing key elements of race execution, without adding unnecessary fatigue.
Race Ready is about clarity, confidence, and execution, ensuring athletes leave the camp knowing exactly how to approach race day.

This camp is ideal if you:
- Have an upcoming triathlon or Ironman 70.3 race
- Want to fine-tune your preparation without overloading
- Need reassurance on pacing, transitions, and strategy
- Want to rehearse race scenarios in a controlled environment
- Are looking for confidence before competition
- Prefer quality sessions over heavy training volume
This 4-day camp includes:
✔ Premium accommodation
✔ All meals and sports nutrition
✔ 2 main training sessions per day
✔ 1 optional light session daily

Estimated training volume:
- 8–10 total sessions
- 8–12 hours of structured training
Daily flow (example):
- Morning – Main session (bike or run)

- Late afternoon – Optional recovery or mobility
- Evening – Debrief / community moment
During the camp, you will experience:

Every session is adapted to the group level.

The Race Ready Camp includes two targeted workshops:
1. Race Strategy & Execution Plan
Finalizing pacing, fueling, transitions, and decision-making on race day.
2. Pre-Race Routine & Mental Preparation
Building a clear pre-race routine, managing stress, and approaching race day with confidence.

Our coaching team includes certified triathlon coaches and experienced athletes with strong local and international backgrounds.
Two coaches are present at every camp to ensure safety, quality guidance, and personalized feedback.


You will be hosted in a premium training lodge in Hoi An, with:
- comfortable rooms
- pool access
- quiet surroundings ideal for recovery
- training-friendly environment
- common spaces for workshops and team moments
All meals are provided, along with sports nutrition adapted for endurance training.
Expect balanced meals, athlete-friendly portions hydratation supports, and recovery snacks.
