1. Overview of the Camp

The Stronger Together Camp is a 7-day triathlon training camp built around group dynamics, consistency, and shared progression.

This camp is designed to help athletes push their limits while benefiting from the energy, motivation, and accountability of training together.

By combining structured sessions, progressive load, and a strong community atmosphere, Stronger Together creates an environment where athletes support each other, train smarter, and achieve sustainable performance gains.

2. Who is this Camp for ?

This camp is ideal if you:
- Want to improve your triathlon performance through consistency
- Train better when surrounded by motivated athletes
- Are preparing for upcoming races during the season
- Have already completed at least one triathlon or 70.3
- Want structured training with a strong group dynamic
- Value accountability, motivation, and shared experience

All sessions are adapted to different levels, with group-based pacing and coaching adjustments.

3. What's Included

This 4-day camp includes:

4. Training Volume & Structure

Estimated training volume:
- 15–18 total sessions
- 15–20 hours of structured training

Daily flow (example):
- Morning – Main session (bike or run)
- Midday – Workshop, technique or free time
- Afternoon – Second main session (bike or run or swim)
- Late afternoon – Optional recovery or mobility
- Evening – Debrief / community moment

Training load progresses steadily throughout the week, balancing intensity, endurance, and recovery.
The emphasis is on consistency, group-driven motivation, and sustainable gains.

5. Types of Sessions

During the camp, you will experience:
- Swim endurance & technique
- Open water skills (if conditions allow)
- Bike endurance + controlled intervals
- Run technique + endurance
- Brick sessions
- Transition fundamentals
- Mobility / stretching
- Optional recovery sessions

Every session is adapted to the group level.

The Stronger Together Camp includes four workshops focused on sustainable performance and group training:

How to build a training routine that works over weeks and months.

2. Group Training Dynamics & Pacing
Learning how to train efficiently in groups without compromising individual goals.

3. Nutrition for High Training Load
Fueling strategies for back-to-back training days.

4. Recovery & Mental Resilience
Managing fatigue, motivation, and mental focus during heavy training periods.

8. Coaches

Our coaching team includes certified triathlon coaches and experienced athletes with strong local and international backgrounds.
Two coaches are present at every camp to ensure safety, quality guidance, and personalized feedback.

You will be hosted in a premium training lodge in Hoi An, with:
