1. Overview of the Camp

The Sub6 Challenge Camp is a 7-day high-performance training camp designed for athletes targeting a sub-6 hour finish on Ironman 70.3.

This camp focuses on performance optimization, race-specific training, and precision across swim, bike, and run, while maintaining a structured and sustainable training load.

Through targeted sessions, controlled intensity, and advanced coaching feedback, the Sub6 Challenge Camp helps athletes refine pacing, improve efficiency, and develop the confidence required to perform on race day.

2. Who is this Camp for ?

This camp is ideal if you:
- Are aiming for a sub-6h finish on Ironman 70.3
- Have already completed at least one triathlon or 70.3
- Want to optimize pacing, technique, and race execution
- Are training seriously and looking for performance gains
- Understand structured training and intensity zones
- Want to train in a focused, performance-driven environment

This camp is not designed for beginners. Participants should be comfortable with structured endurance training.

3. What's Included

This 4-day camp includes:

4. Training Volume & Structure

- Late afternoon – Optional recovery or mobility
- Evening – Debrief / community moment

- Run technique + endurance
- Brick sessions
- Transition fundamentals
- Mobility / stretching

Every session is adapted to the group level.

1. Race Pacing & Execution Strategy
How to pace swim, bike, and run to achieve a sub-6h performance.

2. Performance Nutrition & Fueling Strategy
Optimizing carbohydrate intake, hydration, and race-day fueling.

3. Transitions & Marginal Gains
Refining transitions, equipment setup, and small details that save time.

4. Recovery, Monitoring & Load Management
Understanding recovery signals, fatigue management, and performance tracking.

8. Coaches

Our coaching team includes certified triathlon coaches and experienced athletes with strong local and international backgrounds.
Two coaches are present at every camp to ensure safety, quality guidance, and personalized feedback.
