This camp blends structured sessions, technique fundamentals, and a deep dive into the triathlon lifestyle. Expect a mix of swimming, biking, running, workshops, community energy, and hands-on guidance from experienced coaches.

This 4-day camp includes:

Estimated training volume:

The Tri Life Experience Camp includes two educational workshops:
1. Nutrition for Triathlon
Fueling strategies for training days, race preparation, and long-term improvements.
2. Transitions & Race Fundamentals
How to structure your race, handle transitions efficiently, and avoid beginner mistakes.
Final schedule may vary based on group level, weather, and coach planning

Our coaching team includes certified triathlon coaches and experienced athletes with strong local and international backgrounds.
Two coaches are present at every camp to ensure safety, quality guidance, and personalized feedback.


You will be hosted in a premium training lodge in Hoi An, with:
