1. Overview of the Camp

The TriWomen Empower Camp is a 4-nights women-only triathlon experience designed to build confidence, skills, and autonomy in a supportive and empowering environment.

This camp focuses on technique, education, and mindset, offering a safe space for women to train, learn, and progress together without pressure or comparison.

Through structured sessions, personalized guidance, and dedicated workshops, TriWomen Empower aims to help each participant feel stronger, more confident, and fully capable of pursuing her triathlon goals, whether it’s a first race or the next performance milestone.

2. Who is this Camp for ?

This camp is ideal if you:
- Are a woman new to triathlon or endurance sports
- Want to gain confidence in swim, bike, and run technique
- Prefer training in a women-only, supportive environment
- Are preparing for your first triathlon or Ironman 70.3
- Want to improve skills without pressure or ego
- Are looking for connection, motivation, and shared experience

3. What's Included

This 4-day camp includes:

4. Training Volume & Structure

Estimated training volume:
- 8–10 total sessions
- 8–12 hours of structured training

Daily flow (example):
- Morning – Main session (bike or run)
- Midday – Workshop, technique or free time
- Afternoon – Second main session (bike or run or swim)
- Late afternoon – Optional recovery or mobility
- Evening – Debrief / community moment

Training intensity is carefully managed to ensure progression while respecting individual energy levels.The focus is on learning, confidence, and consistency, not performance testing.

5. Types of Sessions

During the camp, you will experience:
- Swim endurance & technique
- Open water skills (if conditions allow)
- Bike endurance + controlled intervals
- Run technique + endurance
- Brick sessions
- Transition fundamentals
- Mobility / stretching
- Optional recovery sessions

Every session is adapted to the group level.

6. Workshops

The Tri Life Experience Camp includes two educational workshops:

1. Nutrition for Triathlon
Fueling strategies for training days, race preparation, and long-term improvements.

2. Transitions & Race Fundamentals
How to structure your race, handle transitions efficiently, and avoid beginner mistakes.

8. Coaches

Our coaching team includes certified triathlon coaches and experienced athletes with strong local and international backgrounds.
Two coaches are present at every camp to ensure safety, quality guidance, and personalized feedback.

9. Accommodation & Nutrition

You will be hosted in a premium training lodge in Hoi An, with:
