We offer 3-night and 7-night camps with clear themes such as first-time triathletes, women-focused weeks, 70.3 preparation or performance targets like sub-6H.


A camp is a week of structured training in small groups with daily swim, bike and run sessions, technique coaching, simple nutrition for recovery and dedicated time for ice bath and mobility.

All coaches at House of Triathlon are certified through Ironman U, TrainingPeaks and other international programs. You train with professionals who use structured methods, proven tools and real coaching experience to guide you safely toward your goal.
